Casapinka Mystery KAL

Who is ready for Casapinka's annual Mystery knit-a-long? This year's design is for a rectangular shawl with 2 versions: One for absolute beginning shawl knitters and one for advanced beginners. This shawl uses 4 skeins of fingering weight yarn in contrasting colors (as opposed to colors that blend or fade into each other). Come in to pick from colors that we have put together or feel free to select your own. 

The KAL begins August 7th and a new clue will be revealed each week for 6 weeks

Loveable Lion

From Ravelry: "The Loveable Lion blanket is a square blanket good for use as a babyseat throw or nap time snuggling blanket. Who wouldn’t love the textured mane (picot stitch) or the cage like cables running parallel to the lion? The word LION at the top and bottom adds just a touch of whimsy to the overall design". This blanket can be knitted in any shade but looks particularly good in soft golden yellow.This fun blanket by Sproglets Kits was knit in Modern Cotton by Berroco.

The Golden Hour

From Linda: "I wanted to do something different and try some stitches I had not done much of before. This piece has some mosaic knitting, bobbles, and eyelets to create a different look and will feel great this fall and winter."

Ivy Shawlette 

This is another version of one of our favorite patterns knit in Cumulus Dappled by Juniper Moon Farm. This one was made a little longer with a few less repeats. Fun and beautiful!
